How much advance notice do you need?
Sometimes same day service, sometimes next day service, depending on the scope of your job. It’s always a good idea to give us as much notice as possible.

How do I get rid of junk for free?
You may want to ask your neighbor, friend, or family member to help. We do not have any free services to offer at this time.
Do your junk haulers accept tips?
Our team members will gladly accept tips via cash or check after hauling your junk away.
Do you donate old furniture or appliances?
Our team members will donate furniture if it is not dated and in good condition. However, it is ultimately up to the discretion of the donation centers whether they will take it or not.
Where does your hauling company go to recycle?
We haul recyclable items to the local transfer station and donation centers.

We charge by the 1/4 load, 1/2 load, 3/4 load and full load. We prorate how much of the truck you use.

It’s common for us to recycle up to 60% of the items we haul away. After all, one person’s trash can be another person’s treasure, right?
Do you charge extra for separating trash from recyclable items?
We do not charge extra for separating your items. Instead, we charge one inclusive price which includes labor, disposal fees, and transportation to the transfer station.
